STORY

Founded in 2023 by Angelina Hong, MOSA emerged from a simple belief: that events can be more than entertainment—they can be meaningful gatherings that deepen connection between people, brands, and what’s on their plate.

MOSA was created in response to an industry that too often prioritizes spectacle over substance. Our approach centers intention, storytelling, and hospitality—using food as a medium to build trust, foster community, and create lasting impact.

In under three years, MOSA has hosted over 35 public dinners, 600 guests, and partnered with numerous private clients.
Inspired by the precision of fine dining and the legacy of community-driven food movements, MOSA is dedicated to recognizing food as a catalyst for change—creating transformative spaces where guests are invited to be present, explore the origins of their food, and build meaningful connections with others.

We're a full-service, culinary event planning & production studio. Our capabilities range from concept and design to execution and production.
