Join MOSA and Chef Emily Lim of Dabao Singapore for our first Chef Pop-Up Supper Series! This dinner will be a special Halloween meal featuring her popular Singaporean hawker food meal kit in pop-up form, paying homage to her female ancestors who used to peddle foods for a living in developing Singapore.

Chef Emily has been featured on Food Network’s Guys Grocery Games, written about in the SF Chronicle, and most recently on Food Network’s Beachside Brawl.

One ticket includes four courses, and a beverage pairing courtesy of our title sponsor, Dokkaebier. This will be a SPECIAL Halloween dinner so… dress in your spookiest ‘fit! We’re excited to see you in your costume :)

Chef Emily will be on-site to walk you through the menu and answer any questions you may have. These are intimate dinners with only 20 tickets available for each night so act FAST!

Menu contains: shrimp, dairy, soy, wheat, and egg. Please note that due to the nature of the event, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate dietary restrictions and requests.

We’d also like to give a big thank you to the generous donation of our non-alcoholic beverages from Kally.

Meet the Chef

Singapore-born and bred, Emily fell in love with California and moved to San Francisco in 2014 to build her professional experience in fine dining and casual dining establishments. She’s previously worked in Alexander's Steakhouse, ALX by Alexander's Steakhouse, All Spice* and JAAN* and is a Culinary Institute of America Alumni.

Dabao Singapore was birthed during the pandemic, and in hopes to provide jobs for her peers, Dabao Singapore comes from the heart as an homage to her female ancestors who used to peddle foods for a living in developing Singapore.
